1.Card Activation
1.1 The Card must be activated online through our designated website or mobile application. Activation requires providing accurate personal information, including your name, email, and any additional details requested.

1.2 Activation is free of charge and must be completed before using the card in store.

2.Eligibility for Discount
2.1 Discounts apply only to dine-in orders, as specified by the restaurant. Delivery orders may not be eligible unless explicitly stated.

2.2 The Card must be presented at the time of payment to use the discount. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

2.3 The Cardholder must be present at the restaurant when using the Card.

2.4 The customer is advised to confirm with the staff whether the discounts are still available.

3.Limitations and Exclusions
3.1 The Card cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless specifically stated by the restaurant.

3.2 Certain menu items or services may be excluded from the discount. Refer to the restaurant’s website or inquire in-store for specific exclusions.

3.3 The Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered Cardholder.

4.Card Expiry and Renewal
4.1 The Card may expire at any time at the discretion of the business, should they decide to discontinue its availability.

5.Loss, Theft, or Damage
5.1 The restaurant is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Cards. A replacement Card may be issued at the restaurant's discretion.

6.Data Protection
6.1 Personal information collected during activation will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

6.2 By activating the Card, you agree to receive occasional promotional emails or updates from the restaurant. You may opt out at any time.

7. Cancellation and Termination
7.1 The restaurant reserves the right to cancel or revoke the Card without notice if it is misused or if fraudulent activity is detected.

8. Amendments to Terms
8.1 The restaurant reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the website, and continued use of the Card constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
